  • Governance tools and board handbook will ensure that BTS maintains transparent, accountable, and efficient governance practices, reducing organizational risks and promoting long-term resilience, enabling BTS to operate effectively and respond to challenges.

  • An operational plan will ensure our strategic objectives are met and provide clear guidance, measurable goals, risk mitigation strategies, and efficient resource allocation, ultimately contributing to BTS's growth and resilience.

  • A social media strategy will amplify donor engagement and expand outreach, fostering community awareness and trust and strengthening our capacity to deliver programs.

  • Outreach and collaboration strategies will enable us to build networks and collaborations, share resources and knowledge, reduce operational costs, increase joint fundraising and grant opportunities, and build our capacity to serve more low-income youth.
