You Are More Than Your Thoughts

Sometimes our minds get loud. So loud, they get in between us and what we really want. Moments like this can be frustrating but it is important to remember that you are more than your thoughts and that it is important to be aware of the things we tell ourselves. I'm one of the many people who could benefit from that advice and so it's something I try and remind myself of. Below is a video containing some things I would like to say to anyone willing to listen, very much including myself.
