A Little Bit About Me!
Hello Everyone!
My name is Victoria Stewart, and I am going into my second year at Wilfrid Laurier University for biology. This summer, I started working with Beat the Streets for the first time as a social media community manager, which I am very excited about!
I first got into graphic design and media editing when I was in grade 9, and since then I have grown significantly. It became a hobby for me, and later on I started taking on more roles that helped me expand on my knowledge and get experience in the marketing field. This leads me to now, where I can put my skills to good use and make an impact on my community. Through this position, I hope to build upon what I already know, and learn a couple of new things, too!
For this amazing opportunity, I would like to thank both Beat the Streets for giving me a chance, and Canada Summer Jobs for providing my funding. Without both of these organizations, the work I will do this summer would not be possible, and I would be unable to reach the goals I set for myself.
