With the start of school, COVID, and the regular trials and tribulations of life, it's normal to feel an increase in levels of stress or anxiety. While we may not be able to control the situations that cause us stress, we can control how we deal with them. Would you like to learn some tricks and activities to do so?

Our You Grow Girl program will be delivering a workshop on stress management. Join us this Thursday (1 October) as practitioner Tahona Santana, founder of Mallorca Holistic, teaches us how to breathe, connect & relax and positively manage stress and anxiety. I've participated in her retreats and from experience, the activities and mindset she taught helped me to better deal with the negativity and stress in my life.
