Come try out a wrestling practice with BTST

The school season is well under way and extra-curricular activities are in full swing.

If you haven’t already signed up to join something, why not give wrestling a try. At BTST, we offer 2 practices weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays with top level coaches. It’s fun and it’s free!

We practice both Freestyle and Greco-Romano. In Freestyle wrestling, the objective is to throw & pin your opponent to the mat. It allows you to use your opponent’s legs and combines techniques from traditional wrestling, judo & Samba. Greco-Roman style is the same as freestyle, but it does not allow using legs. Instead it places emphasis on throwing your opponent.

Sound interesting but not sure if you can do it. Of course you can! Wrestling is open to all sizes, ages and skill levels so why not give it a try?
